Following a period of organizational restructuring, Modea’s existing brand and website no longer reflected the company’s maturity, capabilities, or strategic direction. Leadership identified the need for a refreshed brand and digital presence that could clearly communicate value to healthcare decision-makers and provide a scalable foundation for future growth.

The brand refresh and website relaunch took place in October 2025.

My Role

As Digital Marketing Specialist II, I led the digital implementation of Modea’s brand refresh across the website. My responsibility was to translate the updated brand and positioning into a clear, cohesive digital experience while ensuring continuity during a complex transition.

I partnered closely with Design, Development, and Analytics to manage the rollout, mitigate risk, and maintain momentum throughout the process.

Scope of Ownership

  • Website structure, navigation, and page-level execution

  • Content alignment with refreshed positioning and messaging

  • Coordination across design and development teams during implementation

  • Oversight of launch readiness and post-launch stabilization
